Terms and Conditions for STREEAMD Mind RECORDS & TALENT MASTERY AWARD PROGRAM (T-MAP)

By participating in the STREEAMD Mind RECORDS and enrolling in the STREEAMD Mind TALENT MASTERY AWARD PROGRAM (T-MAP), all participants, parents/guardians, and associated institutions agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation is open to individual or students aged 4 years old and above.

1.2 Participants must be enrolled in an educational institution or a recognized homeschool program.

1.3 Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for participants below 18 years old.

2. Program Participation

2.1 All participants will undergo training, evaluation, and project-based tasks aligned with the STREEAMD domains: Science, Technology, Research, Reading, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Art, Math, and Design.

2.2 The Talent Mastery Award Program (T-MAP) is a progressive journey consisting of learning modules, challenges, mentorship, and a final submission for record consideration.

2.3 Participation does not guarantee recognition unless all requirements, deadlines, and performance criteria are met.

3. STREEAMD Mind RECORDS Recognition

3.1 Participants who meet the benchmarks may be awarded a STREEAMD Mind RECORDS, recognizing excellence or innovation within a specific STREEAMD domain.

3.2 The records will be reviewed, validated, and approved by a designated panel of experts.

3.3 The organizer reserves the right to reject or revoke any record submission if it fails to meet ethical, originality, or verification standards.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

4.1 Participant data (including photos, videos, and project materials) may be collected for documentation, research, and promotional purposes.

4.2 By participating, you grant consent for the use of submitted materials across media platforms related to STREEAMD Mind RECORDS and STREEAMD Mind TALENT MASTERY AWARD PROGRAM (T-MAP).

4.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants must demonstrate integrity, discipline, and respect throughout the program.

5.2 Plagiarism, fabrication of records, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disqualification.

5.3 Any misconduct will be subject to review and may result in expulsion from the program.

6. Awards and Certification

6.1 Successful participants will receive digital and printed certificates.

6.2 Recognition is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or commercial benefits.

6.3 Special awards or categories may be introduced at the discretion of the organizing team.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All projects, inventions, and creative works remain the intellectual property of the participants.

7.2 However, the organizing committee reserves the right to showcase such work for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes, with due credit.

8. Changes and Termination

8.1 The organizers reserve the right to modify the program structure, timelines, or criteria without prior notice.

8.2 In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the program may be postponed, adapted, or terminated.

9. Liability Disclaimer

9.1 The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage during or after participation in the program.

9.2 Participants and guardians acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

10.2 Any disputes arising shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the relevant legal authorities.
